TMR - Losing Remote Control Connection

If the Remote Control Device loses connection and cannot reconnect, try the following: 

  1. Completely close and relaunch the Libra TMR app on the remote display. 
  2. If the remote connection doesn’t succeed, restart the mobile device and relaunch the Libra TMR app.
  3. If the remote connection still doesn’t succeed and you are mid-feeding, use the primary iPad to complete the load/feeding in progress.
  4. Before starting the next batch, force close the Libra TMR app on the primary, restart the app and check the remote control connection.
  5. If relaunching the primary app isn’t successful, then restart the primary mobile device and relaunch the TMR app.
