Cloud - Changing Mobile Devices (Moving Data)
In the case of a lost or damaged mobile device or a mobile device upgrade, synced harvest data can be moved to a new mobile device.
- Go to cloud.agrimatics.com.
- Sign in with the Gmail or Google Account email used for the account.
- Go to the Users page and click the mobile device icon (manage mobile device) next to the user, and click Sign Out.
- Once signed out, click the mobile device icon (manage mobile device) again to display the access code for the new mobile device.
- On the new mobile device, tap Enable Cloud in the Cloud tab of the Libra Cart app, select Join Existing Account, and enter the access code to join the account.
