Cloud - Changing Mobile Devices (Moving Data)

In the case of a lost or damaged mobile device or a mobile device upgrade, synced harvest data can be moved to a new mobile device.


  1. Go to cloud.agrimatics.com
  2. Sign in with the Gmail or Google Account email used for the account. 
  3. Go to the Users page.
  4. Click the eyeball icon next to the user, and click Sign Out. This will sign the user out and remotely pull (delete) all data from the current device. If possible, ensure the device's sync is up to date before signing out to avoid losing unsynced data.
  5. Once signed out, click the eyeball icon again to display the access code for the new mobile device.
  6. On the new mobile device, tap Enable Cloud in the Cloud tab of the Libra app, select Join Existing Account, then enter the access code to sign the user in and sync the data into the new device.
