Cloud - Forgotten Email / Password
To view the email associated with your cloud account, go to the More tab and then the Cloud tab in the Libra Cart app on the mobile device that created the account. If the email displayed is not a Gmail or Google Account, tap to edit the email. This is required to sign in to the account from a computer. If no email is displayed, tap Set Up Web Access and enter a Gmail or a Google Account email.
Google manages the cloud service sign-in; therefore, Agrimatics does not store any of the cloud accounts' passwords. Attempt to sign in with the Gmail or Google account email used for the account and use the 'forgot my password' feature from Google to reset the password.
