Cloud - Purchasing, Renewing, and cancelling Licenses
One Pro license is needed to access any of the web features (editing from web, integrations, reports). To sync data across multiple mobile devices, each mobile device needs a Pro license.
Upgrade to Pro
- Go to cloud.agrimatics.com
- Sign in with the Gmail or Google Account email used for the account.
- Click on My Account > Upgrade to Pro or My Account > Manage Account > Upgrade. This will bring up a menu that will walk through the license purchase process. Note: Each mobile device enabled for syncing needs a Pro license.
Purchase Additional Pro Licenses / Remove Pro Licenses
- Go to cloud.agrimatics.com
- Sign in with the Gmail or Google Account email used for the account.
- Click on My Account > Manage Account > Billing (left hand side).
- Click on the pencil icon next to the current Plan.
- Enter the number of licenses or click the plus sign to add the number of licenses you wish to acquire. After being successfully purchased, Pro licenses will be available right away Note: Each mobile device enabled for syncing needs a Pro license.
- After acquiring your desired number of licenses, Click My Account > Manage Licenses to ensure they have been assigned to the correct users.
Renew Pro License
- Go to cloud.agrimatics.com
- Sign in with the Gmail or Google Account email used for the account.
- Click My Account > Manage Licenses to view the current status of any Pro licenses. If none are available, click the Click Here! button or click My Account > Manage Account > Billing (left hand side) to be brought to the Billing tab.
- Click the Click Here to Get Started link and walk through the Pro license purchase process. After being successfully purchased, Pro licenses will be available right away Note: Each mobile device enabled for syncing needs a Pro license.
- After acquiring your desired number of licenses, Click My Account > Manage Licenses to ensure they have been assigned to the correct users.
Removing Pro Licenses
- Go to cloud.agrimatics.com
- Sign in with the Gmail or Google Account email used for the account.
- Click on My Account > Manage Account > Billing (left hand side).
- Click on the pencil icon next to the current Plan.
- Enter the number of licenses or click the minus sign to set the number of licenses you wish to have. Note: Each mobile device enabled for syncing needs a Pro license.
- Current licenses will remain active until your subscription renews. When your subscription renewal date arrives you will only be billed for the number of pending licenses.
Cancelling Pro Licenses
- Go to cloud.agrimatics.com
- Sign in with the Gmail or Google Account email used for the account.
- Click on My Account > Manage Account > Billing (left hand side).
- Click Cancel to set all current licenses to expire on your next renewal date.
- Current licenses will remain active until your subscription renewal date arrives, at which point your licenses will be cancelled and become inactive.
