Cloud - Web/Mobile and Mobile Roles

Web/Mobile Role 

Web/Mobile users can log into the desktop web application and invite users from the web or their mobile device. If the account is Pro, these users also have the ability to make edits from the web. Each additional web/mobile user requires a Pro license to view data and make edits from their mobile device.

Mobile Role

Mobile users cannot log into the desktop web application, nor can they invite other users from their mobile device. Each mobile user requires a Pro license to view data and make edits from their mobile device.

Editing a User’s Name/Role

1. Go to the Users page and click the pencil icon. If changing the user's role from mobile to web/mobile, enter another Gmail or a Google Account email to access the account.
