Harvest - Cloud Reports

Basic Summary, Field, and Destination reports are available by email directly from the Libra Harvest app. Advanced reports are available on the Agrimatics cloud website at cloud.agrimatics.com. To access any of the cloud reports besides the Summary Report spreadsheet, the account must be Pro.

Summary Report

This report includes wet/dry weight summary, wet/dry volume summary, wet/dry yield summary, destination wet/dry weight summary, destination wet/dry volume summary for all growers, farms, and fields in the active season.

Go to cloud.agrimatics.com
Sign in with the Gmail or Google Account email used for the account.
Click Reports and then the Summary Reports icon.
Click Generate Summary to load the report.
Download as CSV, or PDF (Pro only).

Field Totals Report (Pro)

This report provides totals for all fields in a selected date range — filter by grower, farm, field, crop, and date range.

Go to cloud.agrimatics.com
Sign in with the Gmail or Google Account email used for the account.
Click Reports and then the Field Totals icon.
Set a start and end date. Click Go to load report.
Once the report has been generated, you can select between wet/dry weights or filter by grower, farm, field, and/or crop by typing in the text boxes if desired.
Download as a PDF or spreadsheet via the buttons above the start date.

Field Details Report (Pro)

This report provides a single field's unload transaction details for the active season.

Go to cloud.agrimatics.com
Sign in with the Gmail or Google Account email used for the account.
Click Reports and then the Field Details icon.
Select a field from the drop-down menu to load report.
Once the report has been generated, you can select between viewing wet/dry weights.
Download as a PDF or spreadsheet via the buttons above the field selector.

Field Allocation Report (Pro)

This report provides destination details for all fields in a selected date range —filter by grower, farm, field, destination, crop, destination group, destination, and date range.

Go to cloud.agrimatics.com
Sign in with the Gmail or Google Account email used for the account.
Click Reports and then the Field Allocation icon.
Set a start and end date. Click Go to load report.
Once the report has been generated, you can select between wet/dry weights or filter by grower, farm, field, crop, destination group, and/or destination by typing in the text boxes if desired.
Download as a PDF or spreadsheet via the buttons above the start date.

Truck Totals Report (Pro)

This report provides totals for all trucks in a selected date range — filter by truck group, truck, crop, and date range.

Go to cloud.agrimatics.com
Sign in with the Gmail or Google Account email used for the account.
Click Reports and then the Truck Totals icon.
Set a start and end date. Click Go to load report.
Once the report has been generated, you can select between wet/dry weights or filter by truck group, truck, and/or crop by typing in the text boxes if desired.
Download as a PDF or spreadsheet via the buttons above the start date.

Truck Details Report (Pro)

This report provides a single truck's load transaction details for the active season.

Go to cloud.agrimatics.com
Sign in with the Gmail or Google Account email used for the account.
Click Reports and then the Truck Details icon.
Select a truck from the drop-down menu to load report.
Once the report has been generated, you can select between wet/dry weights.
Download as a PDF or spreadsheet via the buttons above the truck selector.

Destination Totals Report (Pro)

This report provides totals for all destinations in a selected date range — filter by destination group, destination, crop, and date range.

Go to cloud.agrimatics.com
Sign in with the Gmail or Google Account email used for the account.
Click Reports and then the Destination Totals icon.
Set a start and end date. Click Go to load report.
Once the report has been generated, you can select between wet/dry weights or filter by destiantion group, destination, and/or crop by typing in the text boxes if desired.
Download as a PDF or spreadsheet via the buttons above the start date.

Crop Totals Report (Pro)

This report provides the total weight, volume and yield for all crops by grower and farm in a selected date range — filter by grower, farm, crop, and date range.

Sign in with the Gmail or Google Account email used for the account.
Click Reports and then the Crop Totals icon.
Set a start and end date. Click Go to load report.
Once the report has been generated, you can select between wet/dry weights or filter by grower, farm, and/or crop by typing in the text boxes if desired.
Download as a PDF or spreadsheet via the buttons above the start date.

Calibration History Report (Pro)

This report provides a list of calibration changes for all account devices within a selected date range. A basic version this report can be found as a spreadsheet in the Account Summary Report exported from the Libra Harvest app.

Sign in with the Gmail or Google Account email used for the account.
Click Reports and then the Calibration History icon.
Select a start and end date. Click Go to load report.
Once the report has been generated, you can filter by unit serial number and/or operator name by typing in the text boxes if desired.

Field Setup Report (Pro)

This report provides a list of all fields, their currently set crop and area, as well as which growers and farms they belong to.

Go to cloud.agrimatics.com
Sign in with the Gmail or Google Account email used for the account.
Click Reports and then the Field Setup icon.
Click Generate Report to load report.
Once the report has been generated, you can filter by grower, farm, field, and/or crop by typing in the text boxes if desired.
