Harvest - Importing Grower, Farms, Fields and Bins

CSV File Import

To import grower, farm, field, and bin names from a CSV file into the Libra Harvest app, open the following file template and follow the instructions below:

Leave line 1 as-is and edit the remaining lines with field and bin names. Column A has to be either ‘Field’ or ‘Bin’. Note that the size column is in acres. If the crop column does not match one of the app's commodities, it will be set to ‘Default' and can be edited later. Once you have all the information entered and saved in the CSV file, import the data into the Libra Harvest app: 

  1. Email (or AirDrop) the file to the device you want to import the data to.
  2. Open the attached CSV file on the device and tap Share at the top corner of the screen.
  3. Select the Copy to Libra Harvest option in the share menu.
  4. Tap Yes on the Import Data alert that appears in the Libra Harvest app.
  5. Select the Field and Destination tabs in the Libra Harvest app to view the field and bin names that have been imported.

John Deere Operations Center Import

Imports the client, farm, field data from JD Operations Center into the Libra Harvest app. A Pro cloud service account is required to access any of the integrations.

  1. Grant Agrimatics access to connect by going to Setup > Team and clicking Share Organization Data with Connected Software Companies in Operations Center.
  2. Go to cloud.agrimatics.com
  3. Sign in with the Gmail or Google Account email used for the account.
  4. Click My Account (top right corner) and then Manage Account.
  5. Click Integrations on the left.
  6. Click Connect John Deere Operations Center.
  7. Sign in to Operations Center to sync the names into the cloud service.
  8. Head back to the Libra Integrations page and click on Green Cloud Icon to import.

CNH Industrial Import

Imports the client, farm, and field data from CNH into Libra Cart. A Pro cloud service account is required to access any of the integrations.

  1. Go to cloud.agrimatics.com
  2. Sign in with the Gmail or Google Account email used for the account. 
  3. Click My Account (top right corner) and then Manage Account.
  4. Click Integrations on the left.
  5. Click Connect under CNH Industrial.
  6. Sign in to Organizational Account in CNH to sync the names into the cloud service. 
  7. Head back to the Libra Integrations page and click on Green Cloud Icon to import.
