Closing and Selecting Seasons
A closing date can be set for the season by tapping Close Season in the Settings tab. At the start of each new season (listed as current season), the field and truck totals will automatically reset to zero, while the totals for destinations persist from one season to the next if the Carry Forward Thru Seasons setting is enabled for the particular destination. Transactions and totals may be viewed for a closed season by tapping Select Season in the Settings tab and selecting the desired season from the list.
To turn Carry Forward off for a particular destination(s):
- Select the Destinations tab.
- Tap the destination group name to advance to destinations assigned to that group.
- Tap ( i ) next to the destination name.
- Turn Carry Forward off.
To set Carry Forward off as a default for new destinations or turn off for all existing destinations:
- Select the Settings Tab.
- Select Carry Forward Off.
Deleting Seasons
Deleting a season does not delete any harvest data but simply removes the archive date for that data. To delete a season, tap Select Season, swipe left on the date, and tap Delete.
