Harvest - Migrating from Libra Cart to Libra Harvest

Note: Libra Harvest requires a cloud account to gain access to all features. If you do not have a cloud account you can create one at cloud.agrimatics.com


Apple Devices

  1. Ensure you are signed into the Libra Cart app with your cloud account. If you do not have a cloud account, you can create one at cloud.agrimatics.com
  2. Download the Libra Harvest app or iFarm Cart app (for J&M iFarm users) from the App Store.
  3. Open the Libra Harvest app, accept terms, and set permissions.
  4. If you are logged in on Libra Cart, Libra Harvest should automatically log in and begin downloading your data. If it does not, navigate to the cloud tab and click enable sync.
  5. Once your data is synced to Libra Harvest, you can delete the Libra Cart app.

Android Devices

  1. Download the Libra Harvest app or iFarm Cart app (for J&M iFarm users) from the Google Play Store.
  2. Open the Libra Harvest app and accept terms and set permissions. DO NOT create or join an account when prompted. You must remain logged out of the device during the import process. If you are already logged in you will need to sign out at cloud.agrimatics.com
  3. Open the Libra Cart app and Navigate to the Device tab.
  4. Tap Send Diagnostics. Change the recipient and send the email to an email the device has access to.
  5. Open the diagnostics email on the device. Tap the attached database.db.gz.enc file and open with Libra Harvest when prompted (on Apple devices tap the share button, box with the arrow, in the top right and select Libra Harvest from there).
  6. Libra Harvest will open and confirm that you want to import the data. Tap import. It may take a few moments depending on the size of your database.
  7. After the import is complete. Navigate to the Cloud tab and tap Enable Backup. Select Join Account and enter the access code from your Agrimatics Cloud account.
  8. Once you have signed in and backed up your data to Libra Harvest, you can delete the Libra Cart app.

Android Devices (Libra Beta app - Ver 4.0.2)

Note: This process only applies to Android users that participated in our 2023 Libra Beta test. App version 4.0.2. All other Android users should follow the instructions above.

  1. Open your Libra Cart Beta App and make sure it is synced to the Cloud.
  2. On your computer, go to cloud.agrimatics.com
  3. Sign in with the Gmail or Google Account email used for the account. Go to the Users page, click the mobile device icon (manage mobile device) next to the user joining the account.
  4. Since the user is already signed in on a mobile device, click Sign Out and a new join code will be displayed. 
  5. Download the Libra Harvest app from the Google Play Store.
  6. In the Libra Harvest app, in the Cloud tab, or when prompted after setup, select Join Account and enter the access code you got online to log in.
  7. Once you have signed in and backed up your data to Libra Harvest, you can delete the Libra Cart app.
