Feed Cloud - Receiving, Editing, and Deleting Ingredient Inventory

Libra Feed has the ability to receive and track current ingredient inventory and can estimate the remaining amount of days the current inventory will last. The Libra Feed app will automatically decrease an ingredient's current inventory whenever it is used in a batch. To access the Inventory tracking feature, the account must be Pro.


Receiving Inventory

  1. Go to cloud.agrimatics.com
  2. Sign in with the Gmail or Google Account email used for the account.
  3. Click the Rations page and then click Ingredients.
  4. Select the Ingredient you wish to receive inventory for. If you have no ingredients created, click here to learn how to add ingredients.
  5. Click Adjust to enter the receiving menu.
  6. Select whether you would like to Add or Set received inventory weights. The Add option will add the entered weight to the current inventory. The Set option will set the current weight to a given number.
  7. Enter any notes for the received inventory, select an operator, then click Done to save.

Editing Received Inventory Transactions

  1. Go to cloud.agrimatics.com
  2. Sign in with the Gmail or Google Account email used for the account.
  3. Click the Rations page and then click Ingredients.
  4. Select the Ingredient you wish to edit.
  5. Click the Pencil next to the adjustment transaction.
  6. Edit the transaction as desired, then click Update to save changes.

Deleting Received Inventory Transactions

  1. Go to cloud.agrimatics.com
  2. Sign in with the Gmail or Google Account email used for the account.
  3. Click the Rations page and then click Ingredients.
  4. Select the Ingredient you wish to edit.
  5. Click the red garbage can next to the desired adjustment transaction to delete the inventory adjustment.
