Viewing Unload Transactions

  1. Go to cloud.agrimatics.com.
  2. Sign in with the Gmail or Google Account email used for the account. 
  3. Click the Fields page.
  4. Click the grower name, then the farm name to advance to fields assigned to that grower and farm.
  5. Click the field name to view the list of unload transactions for a field.
Editing Unload Transactions

To edit or create new data from web, the account must be Pro.

  1. Go to cloud.agrimatics.com.
  2. Sign in with the Gmail or Google Account email used for the account. 
  3. Click the Fields page.
  4. Click the grower name, then the farm name to advance to fields assigned to that grower and farm.
  5. Click the field name to view the list of unload transactions for a field.
  6. Click the pencil icon next to the transaction to edit. 
  7. Tap ( i ) next to the transaction to edit and click Update. 

Tracking Trucks: Editing the Destination or Truck

When tracking trucks, the app creates two separate sets of unload transactions, 1) unloading the grain cart into the truck and 2) unloading/emptying the truck to the destination.

So, if you try to edit the destination for a grain cart transaction, the truck reference is modified to 'No Truck.' To point the truck load to a different destination while keeping the assigned truck from the Libra Cart app, tap the Trucks tab and then tap ( i ) to edit the Truck Totals transaction, not the Individual Cart Loads (or Current Load if still on the truck). Same applies if editing the truck and wanting to keep the assigned destination. To point the truck load to a different destination or truck while keeping the assigned destination or truck from the web, click the Destinations page and then click the pencil icon next to the transaction.

Bulk Transaction Editing 

You can make bulk edits to field and destination transactions through the desktop web app. This lets you make changes like update the moisture of every load on a field, or move all the transactions to a different destination. Bulk transaction editing is a Pro feature.

  1. Go to cloud.agrimatics.com.
  2. Sign in with the Gmail or Google Account email used for the account. 
  3. Click the Fields or Destinations page, and click the Bulk Transaction Edit icon next to the list of fields or destinations to view the editing options. 
  4. Edit, click Continue, view the summary of your changes, and then click Update to complete.
