Harvest - Calibration

1. Ensure load cell ratings (Rated Capacity and Sensitivity) have been found and entered in the Device tab. Click here for an article on how to set your load cell ratings.
2. Ensure the Libra Cart device and Libra Harvest app are paired and connected.
3. Ensure the grain cart is empty and on level ground.
4. Select the Device tab and tap Zero Scale.
5. Select the Display tab and fill the grain cart.
6. Tap Tare on the Display tab and then unload the cart into an empty truck, noting the amount unloaded (record as positive).
7. Weigh the load with a trusted scale.
8. Select the Device tab, tap the blue Calibration number and enter the weight from the trusted scale as the Certified Reading.
9. Enter the noted weight from the app's Display as the Cart Reading.
10. Tap Next to compute a new Calibration Factor.
11. Tap Save to confirm Calibration.
