Harvest - Editing and Viewing Unload Transactions
Viewing Unload Transactions
- Select the Fields tab.
- Tap the grower name, then the farm name to advance to fields assigned to that grower and farm.
- Tap 🖊️ next to the field name to view your list of unload transactions for a field.
Editing Unload Transactions
- Select the Fields tab.
- Tap the grower name, then the farm name to advance to fields assigned to that grower and farm.
- Tap 🖊️ next to the field name to view your list of unload transactions for a field.
- Tap 🖊️ next to the transaction to edit.
- To edit the weight details, moisture, temperature, test weight, add notes or change operators, tap on the text fields to edit, and tap Done.
- To change the field and destination associated with a load, tap the desired field and/or destination. A checkmark will appear beside the current selection. If tracking trucks, and want to change the truck or destination, see instructions below.
Tracking Trucks: Editing the Destination or Truck
When tracking trucks, the app creates two separate sets of unload transactions, 1) unloading the grain cart into the truck and 2) unloading/emptying the truck to the destination.
So, if you try to edit the destination for a grain cart transaction, the truck reference is modified to 'No Truck.' To point the truck load to a different destination while keeping the assigned truck from the Libra Harvest app, tap the
Trucks tab and then tap 🖊️ to edit the Truck Totals transaction, not the Individual Cart Loads (or Current Load if still on the truck). Same applies if editing the truck and wanting to keep the assigned destination. To point the truck load to a different destination or truck while keeping the assigned destination or truck from the web, click the
Destinations page and then click the 🖊️ next to the transaction.
Bulk Transaction Editing
You can make bulk edits to field and destination transactions through the Cloud site. This lets you make changes like update the moisture of every load on a field, or move all the transactions to a different destination. Bulk transaction editing is a Pro feature.
- Go to cloud.agrimatics.com
- Sign in with the Gmail or Google Account email used for the account.
- Click the Fields or Destinations page, and click the Bulk Transaction Edit icon next to the list of fields or destinations to view the editing options.
- Edit, click Continue, view the summary of your changes, and then click Update to complete.
