Cart - Manually Starting an Unload

Unload and Save on the Display tab manually forces the start and end of an unload event, whether automatically detected or started manually. The system defaults to have automatic unload detection enabled. To disable automatic unload detection and run strictly in manual mode, turn unload detection off by tapping ( i ) to the right of the corresponding paired device in the Settings tab. 

Tap Unload on the Display tab to view and select from a list of options (Fill to Max GVW, Fill to Net Amount, Add Amount, Empty Cart), enter a target amount if prompted, unload contents of grain cart, and tap Save when finished. 

Fill to Max GVW (Gross Vehicle Weight)

Fill to Max GVW fills the selected truck until it meets its configured maximum gross vehicle weight. The upper display will show the net amount loaded into the truck, and the lower display will show the balance of weight yet to be loaded.

  1. Select a truck on the Display tab.
  2. Tap Unload and select Fill to Max GVW. 
  3. Unload any amount into the truck. 
  4. Tap Save when the load is finished. 
Fill to Net Amount

Fill to Net Amount fills the selected truck to a payload target. The upper display shows the amount loaded into the truck, and the lower display shows the balance of weight yet to be loaded. 

  1. Select a truck on the Display tab. 
  2. Tap Unload and select Fill to Net Amount. 
  3. Enter Payload Target Weight. 
  4. Unload any amount into the truck. 
  5. Tap Save when the load is finished.
Add Amount

Add Amount adds a specific amount to a truck or destination. The upper display shows the amount loaded into the truck or destination, and the lower display shows the balance of weight yet to be loaded. 

  1. Tap Unload on the Display tab and select Add Amount.
  2. Enter the amount to add. 
  3. Unload any amount into the truck or destination. 
  4. Tap Save when the load is finished. 
Empty Cart

Empty cart allows you to unload the cart into a truck or destination. The upper display will show the current amount being unloaded and the lower display will show the gross weight on the cart.

  1. Tap Unload on the Display tab and select Empty Cart. 
  2. Unload any amount into the truck or destination. 
  3. Tap Save when the load is finished. 
Emptying Trucks

Emptying the truck transfers the weight totals from the selected truck to the selected destination. 

  1. Select the destination to which the truck will unload on the Display tab. 
  2. Physically unload the truck to the chosen destination. 
  3. Tap Empty next to the truck total on the Display tab.
