Harvest - Bluetooth Not Enabled Alert

If the Libra Harvest app indicates that Bluetooth is not enabled, ensure it is in each of the following areas:


Bluetooth for iOS:

  1. General Bluetooth settings for the iOS device (General Settings > Bluetooth On).
  2. Specifically for the Libra Harvest app in the general iOS settings (General Settings > Libra Harvest > Bluetooth ON).
  3. For the Libra Harvest app under Privacy (General Settings > Privacy > Bluetooth > Libra Harvest ON).

Bluetooth for Android:

  1. General Bluetooth settings for the Android device (Settings > Connections > Bluetooth ON).
  2. Location enabled for the Libra Harvest app in the App settings (Settings > Apps > Libra Harvest > Location ON).
  3. Location for the Libra Harvest app under Privacy (Settings > Security and Privacy > Permission Manager > Location > Libra Harvest ON).
  4. Location for the Libra Harvest app under Location (Settings > Location > App Permissions > Libra Cart ON).
