Serial Link - No Display on Scoreboard

If pairing to the Serial Link was successful, but the connected display is not displaying properly, ensure each of the following:

  1. The Libra Harvest app is running the latest version from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
  2. Bluetooth is enabled on the mobile device.
  3. Confirm your device has power: the green LED on the Serial link flashes every 2 seconds: once for power, twice when connected.
  4. In the Settings tab of the app, the Serial Link & Libra Cart devices are listed under the Selected Devices in the Grain Cart (tap the ⚙️ next to the grain cart to check selected devices). 
  5. If the device is listed without a checkmark, tap the cart / device name to reconnect. If there is a checkmark, swipe left on the device name to delete, then re-pair (data remains unaffected).
  6. Ensure your Serial Link power and interface cables are in good condition. Check for any pinches, tears, or breaks on the cables and connections.
  7. Your Libra Cart device is in Primary mode and is displaying weight in the Display tab of the Libra Harvest app. If your Libra Cart is not displaying weights, you can find some troubleshooting tips HERE.

If re-pairing is successful, but the issue is persisting, try the following: 

  1. Under general Bluetooth settings, turn the Bluetooth OFF then ON. 
  2. Turn airplane mode ON then OFF on the mobile device. 
  3. Restart the mobile device. 
  4. Unplug the Serial Link's power cable and interface cable, wait a full 60 seconds and then reinsert. 
  5. Try another compatible mobile device.
