Plant - Main Keys (Tare, Clear, Load/Unload, Save)

Tare

Tare sets a reference weight from which it bases the subsequent readings (net weight). To truly zero the scale, select the Device tab and tap Zero Scale. 

Clear

Clear clears the tare reference weight. This will make the upper weight reading the same as the gross weight reading on the lower reading. To truly zero the scale, select the Device tab and tap Zero Scale. 

Load/Unload and Save

If the Primary device is connected in Planter mode it will have the Load button available. If connected in Tender mode, the Unload button will be available instead.

Planter Mode

Load and Save are used to start or end of a load event. In Planter mode, the Save button is one of five ways to finalize and record application transactions (the others are: starting another load, swapping fields, swapping equipment, and emptying the equipment). Ensure that unloads are saved this way if the other ways won't be triggered for a while.

Tender Mode

Unload and Save are used to manually force the start or end of an unload event, whether or not automatic unload detection is enabled. If using automatic unload detection, Unload and Save do not need to be used while loading.
