Plant - Main Keys (Tare, Clear, Fill and Apply / Unload and Save)

Tare

Tare sets a reference weight from which it bases the subsequent readings (net weight). To truly zero the scale, select the Device tab and tap Zero Scale. 

Clear

Clear clears the tare reference weight. This will make the upper weight reading the same as the gross weight reading on the lower reading. To truly zero the scale, select the Device tab and tap Zero Scale. 

Fill and Apply / Unload and Save

If the Primary device is connected in Planter mode it will have the Fill and Apply buttons available. If connected in Tender mode, the Unload and Save buttons will be available instead.

Planter Mode

Fill and Apply are used to activate filling or application modes depending on what the equipment is currently doing.

Tender Mode

Unload and Save are used to manually force the start or end of an unload event, whether or not automatic unload detection is enabled. If using automatic unload detection, Unload and Save do not need to be used while loading.
