Plant - Bluetooth not Enabled Alert

If the Libra Plant app indicates that Bluetooth is not enabled, ensure it is in each of the following areas:


Bluetooth for iOS:

  1. General Bluetooth settings for the iOS device (General Settings > Bluetooth On).
  2. Specifically for the Libra Plant app in the general iOS settings (General Settings > Libra Plant > Bluetooth ON).
  3. For the Libra Plant app under Privacy (General Settings > Privacy > Bluetooth > Libra Plant ON).

Bluetooth for Android:

  1. General Bluetooth settings for the Android device (Settings > Connections > Bluetooth ON).
  2. Location enabled for the Libra Plant app in the App settings (Settings > Apps > Libra Plant > Location ON).
  3. Location for the Libra Plant app under Privacy (Settings > Security and Privacy > Permission Manager > Location > Libra Plant ON).
  4. Location for the Libra Plant app under Location (Settings > Location > App Permissions > Libra Plant ON).
