Plant - Tender Mode General operation

Configuring
In the top right corner of the upper display is an area that indicates whether the system is configured to automatically detect unloading, with the text "Auto" or "Manual." If the device is in remote display mode, this area displays "Remote."

Automatic detection can be turned on and off in equipment settings in the Settings tab.

Operation (Tender Mode)

Loading the Tender - Load the tender with product. The weight reading of the upper display will rise indicating the amount being loaded, and the weight readings of the lower display will continue to show the gross weight on the tender.

Unloading the Tender - Ensure the correct Source, Equipment, and container are selected. Unload the tender into the container. The system will automatically detect equipment unloading and enter application mode (during which the "Auto" text is replaced with flashing "Unloading" text). The weight reading of the upper display will rise indicating the amount being applied, and the weight readings of the lower display will continue to show the gross weight on the equipment

While unloading, weight will be transferred from the selected Source to the selected container. Once loading is complete, the Libra Plant app will automatically save the following information: date, time, and dry weight. The transaction will be recorded as an Outgoing transaction in the Location and an Incoming transaction in the Equipment. Each load is also associated with the selected source, equipment operator, and commodity.

Repeat process for any additional containers and equipment. When using automatic detection, the Unload and Save keys do not need to be used.

Applying to the Field

Once the planting equipment has been loaded and has completed application, the Apply to Field button will need to be used to empty the planting equipment, apply product to a Field, and save the transaction.

Tap the Apply to Field button to bring up the Planter Application Estimate menu. Enter either the most recent applied area or the total applied area (entering one will automatically adjust the other). If the containers in use are empty, tap the Empty button to auto-empty the containers to the selected Field and record the transaction. If the containers in use are not empty, enter the Application Rate or the Applied Weight for each container. Then tap Save to record the transaction to the selected Field.

Once the Application process is complete, the Libra Plant app will automatically save the following information: date, time, and dry weight. The transaction will be recorded as an Outgoing transaction in the Equipment and an Incoming transaction in the Field. Each transaction is also associated with the selected source, equipment operator, and commodity.
